Craig was very accommodating during his quote and arranging payment. His quote was competative and he called several times to ensure we knew how to use the a/c remote. The work was completed in a timely manner and the crew was tidy.

Four Season Comfort installed our a/c unit a few years ago and did a great job. When the furnace wouldn't come on a few weeks ago I had no problem calling Craig Newhouse to handle this job as well. The furnace problem was diagnosed and quickly repaired. Craig's service guy was on time, polite, and his work was neat and efficient. The installer did the right thing from entry to exit. Very impressed overall. The history repeated. We moved to our new house his year. All I'd to do was to give Craig a call. I met Craig and the crew from four seasons 2 plus years ago when they installed my A/C and a TruSteam humidifier. This year with the brutal winter my humidifier sprung a leak, one call to four seasons and within 2 hours they were onsite to diagnose the problem. Although the unit was out of warranty Craig advocated to Honeywell to get the parts under warranty, now that is customer service prompt attention and willing to go the extra mile for a customer. Craig has always been responsive, the techs at four seasons are top notch. I would highly recommend Craig and four seasons to anyone looking for heating or A/C services. You will not be disappointed.
