We recently replaced all the windows in our house. As the project progressed we realized that some of the stucco and boards would need to be repaired after the new windows were installed so I contacted several stucco companies. Aiad came out to look at our property in mid-February, gave us a written quote and said to call him when we were ready to have the work done. After the window project was complete Aiad and his team came out and repaired the stucco and boards as agreed.
Aiad arrived on a Saturday afternoon to erect scaffolding then returned Monday morning to start the work. Stucco work, painting and caulking were all done by Tuesday afternoon. Aiad reduced our agreed to price because he had less work to do than originally expected which was a bonus for us. The team were very polite, efficient and did an amazing clean up job. I would highly recommend Aiad and Cosmopolitan Construction for any new stucco work or repairs to your existing stucco.
