Wow! Working with Aiad has been by far the best experience we have had with our major home renovation/remodel.
We had a botched job from a previous contractor that most contractors did not even want to touch. We finally received 3 proposals, with Cosmopolitan's price being the best and Aiad having demonstrated a great level of knowledge and confidence during the walk through. So, after checking his references and one of their previous projects, we decided to award the project to him.
The project started right on time and actually finished 4 days ahead of schedule! They worked around the clock, including the weekend, to make sure the project finished as soon as possible and with minimum disturbance to us.
Aside from being very punctual, Aiad was extremely accommodating and helpful, always with a smile if I may add. He also has a great eye for detail and some great suggestions if you're looking for some architectural accents that separate your stucco project from others.
His great work ethics coupled with his caring attitude, meant that he treated this project as if he was doing stucco on his own house. He made sure we were happy with every little thing throughout the entire process and I must say that the finished product is absolutely TOP NOTCH as far as workmanship is concerned.
All in all, we're not only delighted with the new look for our house and how this project was executed, but we feel that we have made a good friend that we will be happy to recommend to anyone.
