Hi. Bought a dvr from them on their website and i received a defective unit. About just a week i contact them and they were rude with me, offer me no solution, they did not want to help me, no returns, refund or exchange on defectives items. Very angry, lost 400$. Very bad store and customer service. Dont care about customers just want your money. BEWARE, if you are unlucky like me and receive a defective item, good luck...
