Marc forgot about the first appointment, showed up an hour late and brought nothing to do the job.
Didn’t show up to the second appointment. We never bothered to call him.

Hi sorry for that but I was extremely busy during the long weekend. The first appointment was just an estimate and i did tell you over the phone that I would be late. The second appointment I sent you a message that I have to cancel but maybe you didn't get any of my messages. Anyways good luck selling your condo I'm sure everyone will love to deal with you.
