Service people know their stuff, and are seldom at a loss for an answer. This particular service tech knew my wife had COPD and recommended a particular air cleaner which we purchased and it made my wife's breating much better.

We have a 20+ year old beam central vacuum system that was missing a hardwood floor attachment. This store had it and multiple other ones in stock. Ok display, with the attachments all placed in a bin. The salesperson helped us find what we were looking for.
