Jacky did a good job in our first meeting when he introduced his team, answered all my questions and provided the estimate. Later I was also impressed with very good organization and discipline in the team work: everything was done quickly, well, and on time as scheduled. It's been a great pleasure dealing with this team. I definitely would recommend them to my friends and anybody who needs some roof repair work to be done.

Organized, efficient, hard working - no nonsense team effort. Site was cleaner when they left than it was before they arrived. They even took a few minutes up a ladder to fix a minor repair that was totally outside their work scope. I would use them again in a New York minute!!

Jackie and C Plus Roofing did a great job. They showed up on time and worked efficiently and quickly. It took them about four hours. We researched several companies before settling on Jackie and C Plus Roofing. Jackie appeared the most knowledgeable and informed. He recommended an underlayment beneath the shingles and included it in the base price, which no one else did. He was courteous and friendly. He also helped us make a claim with IKO for issues with the previous shingles by taking pictures for us and providing examples of damaged shingles. After the job, Jackie and his crew completely cleaned up after themselves, sweeping the lawn for nails and cleaning up all the debris. Jackie brought me up to the roof afterward to check it, and answered all the questions I had satisfactorily. I would not hesitate to recommend C Plus Roofing to anyone looking to have their roof done. Thanks Jackie!

Here's why we hired Jacky and C Plus Roofing: they are BBB accredited, have bonding, insurance and WSIB (so any accidents don't come to my insurance), best price when I compared exactly what was to be done, they've been in business for 10 years so they are not fly-by-night like the company operating in our neighbourhood (so the 10-year labour warranty actually means something by next year), Jacky answered any and all questions and did some modifications to the job to suit us. We hired him to do a roof repair before - and he was quick, efficient and very fair priced - so we knew we'd have great, responsive customer service going forward. The clean up was perfect on 3/4 sides of the house - the guys got careless on the last one. The crew were experienced and very hard working - our plants and hardscaping were all protected. Jacky was on-site for 1/2 the day to supervise and check the job. They also work with the Canada Go Green solar vent fans - which we wanted. Do your homework - about shingle colours vs heat differentials in the attic, how many vents you need (tip - you can check google earth to see how many you have now), what vents are noisy - and also ask Jacky as he's very honest (he's also always on time and polite). They did an excellent job - it's not only how it looks but how it performs and endures. Just recommended them to our neighbour - so we're writing this as well. Be very clear about what you want - so there are no miscommunications. 9.5 Star from this picky homeowner. We would offer a reference without reservation. PS It's a brutal job up there - be kind and offer the crew cold drinks in the heat.

We purchased our house in August 2015 and knew the roof had to be replaced as soon as possible. Once we moved in and took care of the interior of the home, we started calling roofing companies for quotes. We got premium price quotes from some household names in the roofing industry and we got a low ball quote from a small roofing company we found in our neighbourhood doing another roofing job. Still not satisfied with any of them, we took to HomeStars to see if we could find someone in between. This is when we found C Plus Roofing. I called them on a Sunday around noon and left a voice message. Within 15 minutes I got a call from Jackie. I explained to him the situation with my roof and that afternoon he came to my house to provide an estimate. His presentation was professional and his price was fair. After talking with my wife about our decision over the next few days, we decided to go with C Plus Roofing.

We booked an installation date 2 weeks out, but Jackie called us in between and was able to come within 5 days after we booked the job. The team showed up first thing in the morning and started the work. They completed the job all in the same-day leaving our house complete with a perfectly installed new roof and debris-free home all around.

We are very happy with our new roof. It looks great and it's comforting to know our home is no longer at risk of roof leaks or other dangers of having a faulty roof.
