Avoid this company. Horrible company to deal with with terrible customer service. Purchased custom windows with brick cut out and after huge delay the Windows delivered for installation were the wrong size after waiting for the windows for over 4 months even though installation was guaranteed for 8-10 weeks. Sales rep was less than truthful and the President and CEO was rude and arrogant. Promised to switch out the windows for the correct size and said customer service rep will call me back with in 2 weeks with an install date. After 2 weeks I followed up and still no action taken.

You have said the size was wrong however as we spoke you were aware of the size you chose and as we are doing a cutout we based it on the sizes we discussed with. We have tried to work this out unfortunately the windows are always custom made and we cannot resell them. We would be very happy to be able to use them for your home as they were ordered for you. Please call us as soon as possible to get this order rectified.
