We had equipment and services with another company for over a decade but decided to look around for a better quote. We contacted about 6 other companies up. Star Alliance gave us the best price. This was the first time we dealt with a new company, so we were apprehensive especially my husband. I spoke to Jackie for the purchase and Jason and his guy for the installation of both the Furnace and AC. The furnace was only about 1hr late on delivery due to high volume of orders placed that week (June 7th) but we were very happy it came in on the date it was arranged. I decided to order my own 'Smart' thermostat that they installed for me complimentary. My husband and I were very happy with the install and they cleaned up. Jason reviewed and followed up everything thing he did and observed and suggested on some cost saving maintenance on the long term which is greatly appreciated. Jason also provided a bit of his experience and safety background. We could tell he was very proud of his work and his attention to detail and safety; This was reassuring. This review comes 10 days after our service. The temperature and humidity in our house is running perfectly. If you are checking out my review, some advice, order early (spring) and before the heatwave. Thank you very much again.
