Owen and Caroline are the nicest people and did an amazing job cleaning my house! I hired a different company to clean my old house for staging and wasn't entirely satisfied, so thought I would try a different company to clean my new house before moving in. I booked with Owen about a month in advance. He accommodated my schedule and came to do the cleaning on a Saturday. They did a fantastic job and paid attention to every detail, making sure I was fully satisfied before leaving. Owen and Caroline are so kind. I would hire them again without hesitation. Highly recommend!!

We are so happy with the work that VIP did. Our house needed a real clean. Seriously needed cleaning. Found VIP on Homestars and with really high ratings and great reviews. They more than lived up to their reviews. They spent almost eight hours working full tilt to clean everything in this house. My wife says it sparkles. The windows let in so much more light. The screens are clean, and even the screens were taken off to clean the windows.. What a difference. I would recommend their work to anyone looking for house cleaning. Owen and Caroline were extremely friendly and so much more cheerful than I would be after eight hours of such hard work. And frankly, I expected it to cost more given all the work that was necessary. So pleased.

Fantastic service couldn't be happier. Owen and his wife are the best! I had just moved in and the place was dirty appliances windows cabinets washrooms. They rescued me. I called Owen and he was fantastic to fit me in so fast. They scrubbed everything. I was very pleased and will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends. The place was left spotless after 3 hours. Genuinely nice people as well.

Owen and Caroline, owners of VIP cleaning service have been cleaning our house for several years now. Their attention to detail is unparallel, as they consistently ensure that every corner, surface and item in the house is cleaned until it is spotless. They go behind and under larger items such as sofas and cupboards to get into the corners and crevasses where dust settles, and they spot clean stubborn areas such as grout, tiles and more. Most importantly, they are incredibly positive, pleasant and down to earth people, who take pride in their work and tailor their services for each our particular needs. We have young kids at home and Owen and Caroline give our home the TLC as if it were their own. We trust them in our home and couldn't be happier and grateful for their professional and dedicated approach!

I was putting my house on the market in Ajax and it was a race against time to have it deep cleaned before doing so. I came across VIP cleaning services on home stars and gave Owen a call. It was a Friday evening and i was requesting cleaning in 3 days time. Despite being extremely booked , given i was in a real bind he was so kind in offering to come and clean on a Monday evening after a full day of cleaning at their regular clients.
They showed up at 4:30 and did a complete deep clean until 11:30 at night. I have had people clean my home before but not the way they cleaned that night. Needless to say i was beyond satisfied and so thankful that they helped me out at the last minute. The best part of it all was despite being extremely tired, Owen and Caroline worked with a huge smile on their face and radiating kindness the entire time. I wholeheartedly recommend them and so thankful to have come across their profile.

We did a major renovation in the house and it required a full clean up. We called VIP cleaning and they did a great job, cleaning from basement to 2nd floor. Hose is spot less and we are very satisfy with their service. Thank you Owen !

Owen and Caroline are the most thorough cleaners you will ever find. They really do go the extra mile for their clients. They are a little pricier than other cleaning services but they are totally worth it. They came recommended to me by a mom friend after I had my baby, and they were a Godsend!
