Your Reno Guys

John and his staff were excellent. They arrived on schedule, were polite and never left a mess. The work was completed according to schedule and they worked around delayed deliveries of glass panels and Quartz which were not part of their contract. I would highly recommend them. My custom shower is beautiful and exactly what I envisioned.

Our powder room was professionally refinished by Your Reno Guys in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. All the workers were punctual, polite and highly skilled. We enjoyed dealing with Alex and John on the coordination of this work. Everything was completed within three days to our great satisfaction. We highly recommend this company.

This was the second renovation we had in just over a year. The first one we had was an absolute nightmare (it was with a different company). So My wife and I were hesitant about about jumping into another.

I meet with John and he was very professional, honest, straight forward and knew what he was talking about. Our previous experience was more glitz than substance.

The two experiences were polar opposites!!! John's team IS GREAT! The crews were very professional, polite, knowledgable, timely and for the most part very clean. There was not any guess work on whether not any work was being done on a particular day or not. We were keep informed on what was happening through the process.

As for the quality of workmanship, it is top notch and better a lot better quality of than the higher priced firm we had last time.

We have been really impressed with Your Reno Guys. From the beginning with the prompt, efficient and free estimate, all our dealings with them have been most satisfactory. The estimate was accurate, well outlined, and the entire project was completed on time and on budget. No surprises, except for the great service! Fred removed the old and installed the new bathroom sink in no time and was super professional. Didn't leave a mess behind at all - took the old sink and other garbage with him when he left. I would 100% use Your Reno Guys again - in fact, I will when I get the new house!

John and his crew were fabulous from start to finish - from the initial planning/estimate to the final product. John takes the time to explain how things will proceed very thoroughly, in addition to price breakdowns. We live in an older home (over 100 years old), and his crew was flexible with working with the existing dimensions/trim/etc. His crew was always polite, professional, and very hard-working: They stayed late to finish up fully if needs be. Of note, his tiler was superb - he very artistically and professionally tiled both bathrooms, and exceeded our expectations.

Overall, a very reliable, honest, and hard-working group, with a manager (John) who kept things running smoothly. The two bathrooms we had renovated took the time and money we had alloted to them - neither went over budget or took longer than expected. Would highly recommend Your Reno Guys (and have in fact already recommended John and his team to people).

We hired Your Reno Guys in January 2014 for a complete renovation of both our master bathroom and main bathroom. John and his team were wonderful--very professional, respectful, tidy and friendly. Your Reno Guys is a fairly big operation, but not so big that you feel like just another client. John gives you his full attention, and is dedicated to making sure you're happy. At times he went above and beyond the call of duty in stopping by at unscheduled times to assist us with last-minute layout questions.

No reno job is perfect, and there were a few small hiccups along the way, but John addressed all of our concerns beautifully, and was always very reassuring. We're thrilled with the final product, which was delivered on-time and on-budget. We'd hire John and his team again in a heartbeat.

On time, hard working, organized, responsive, amazing team, great subcontractors, friendly, excellent workmanship, dealt with concerns and problems with great customer service, went the extral mile...and the estimated cost was exactly what I was charged. Couldn't ask for a better renovation experience or better team to work with.
