We were originally concerned with our purchase after reading some negative reviews about the company and the product. These turned out to be unwarranted. We are delighted with the product - no problems whatsoever - it was delivered on time, installed efficiently and the customer service and follow-up from Christian has been amazing. We have no hesitation recommending either the product or the Company

I Bought a master spa from a hot tub expo put on by premium wholesale in August. My wife and I did not talk the salesmen down on cent. I asked if there is any extra cost like the gfi $200 he said we include that with all our tubs.then said "the way it works here is as long as you have an electrician there we will set it up and not until you are 100 percent happy then you make the final payment. I said if I can put my final payment on my visa you have a deel. I put$4800 down on my visa. then the nightmare starts what was suppose to be three weeks turns into forever its January 18 I still don't have a tub. The day they were suppose to deliver it they didn't. I paid for an electrician they could have at least called to explain why. Christian refuses to honor the deal that we agreed on and refuses to refund my deposit.

I am very happy with the service, each time that I have ordered product or even my spa, I have been treated with respect, and have received excellent service. I had an experience where I couldn’t find the right product, and had to call in for clarification, and received not only the web prices, but was walked through the process of the different products. I will continue to use your company to provide me with the necessary chemicals that I require.

We purchased a hot tub at Premium Wholesale Home & Leisure during a trade show event they were hosting. The delivery team was obviously very experienced and did a fantastic job getting the tub between the houses and onto its final location. The tub itself has been amazing, it has a very solid, upscale professional feel to it. It looks well made, and really appears to be built to last. We were impressed with the service. Christian & his staff are very customer focused. We looked at other pool options but we are pleased that we decided to purchase the Twilight Fit. This Therapool is ideal for exercises and relaxation - we are convinced it will help with Rob's rehab therapy.

We purchased a Healthy Living Master Spa tub at a trade show in the spring of 2014 in Abbotsford, BC. We had some "glitches" in the beginning with parts not wanting to work properly and had to call out the service representative for the Fraser Valley area here in BC. With the extra help from Kristian in the Service Department in Ontario things were sorted out in a reasonable amount of time. Kristian continues to do follow ups to ensure we are happy with the purchase of the Master Spa tub. Thanks to Kristian for helping us enjoy our purchase!

We researched all the available companies and products in our area and just stopped looking when we found Premium Wholesale. They know their product and what the competition is doing right and not so right. It seems that they already did the research and chose the best manufacturer to represent. Their honesty about what is going on in the industry made us feel that we were truly making the right choice as well. They stored the unit for us while we were having the pad and electrical work completed and made some last minute adjustments to their schedule to make sure that they arrived at the same time as the other company was onsite completing that work. This was very helpful as we all had a chance to make sure the project would all come together at once with no delay. The delivery guys were very nice and careful to go over everything I needed to know about start up / assembling the cover etc. It was not just a drop and run. The delivery forms they use show that they have taken everything into account from past experiences. The owners of the company are very prompt in returning emails and answered the few questions we had right away the same day. The tub itself is a beauty. We have been in every day without fail. In this case it is true that you do get what you pay for and I recommend that you go with the higher end models (on sale of course) which have the lowest maintenance. We are very pleased with our investment and highly recommend Premium Wholesale as a place to go and learn about the newer technology used in hot tubs and see for yourself what a great company they are to do business with.
