Well the time has finally come where my wife and I decided to pull the trigger on a new hot tub. After months of shopping around multiple brands, styles, costs and configurations we decided on a Twighlight series hot tub. We decided on the twilight series for the theripudic aspects that the jets provide and what was one of the biggest selling points? The customer service and knowledge from Kevin at Home and Leisure. Not once did he try to up sell us or get us into a model that didn't fit our lifestyle. Kevin was very knowledgable and really know his stuff and we appreciated his honesty and willingness to help us find the right model. Delivery will be in within the next couple weeks (based on our schedule not theirs) as the tub is already ready to be shipped from their end. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a hot tub.
