Kevin was the associate we dealt with he took the time to understand our needs, walked through the features and benefits and worked with us on what we needed in a spa. He has a great personality , very patient , worked with us on earning the business and was so helpful. He made it easy, painless and we enjoyed our experiences with him. We valued his laid back approach, no nonsense attitude but it was always positive never negative and created a comfortable experience this is why we bought at our first visit with Premium Wholesale.
We have been back a few times, he remembers us by names, a few details about us and we have some fun banter ! Our last visit we went to get the cover we chatted how we didn't need he steps any longer he than substituted the steps for more cleaning products. We didn't have to beg it was a nice gesture. We get our spa next week though working through the delivery with Premium Wholesale and it has been painless and positive we are even using an electrician they recommended that will work with the deliver company on install time. If you ever are looking please visit I feel like everyone is great there though if you can ask for Kevin. In the end I feel we will love our hot tub. You can buy a hot tub anywhere what makes the experience is the people and anyone we dealt with was great though Kevin made this deal happen. Great quality , pricing and customer service made it happen. Thanks so much and we cant wait for our hot tub.
