Our project consisted of removal of old carpets in 5 upstairs bedrooms, and installation of maple hardwood floors. Also, we wanted indoor wall painting of the ground floor and second floor. Tom was referred by a neighbor on our street. He provided us a detailed quote very quickly. Right from the start, you can tell he is very organized, efficient and a great communicator. He is very professional, super knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable. He sent us 2 teams, the hardwood team and the painter. They were on time, efficient, and even willing to work on weekends so we can be done sooner. Tom would come daily to check on the work and bring necessary material and supplies,. Special thanks to Michael, the painter. He is a perfectionist, we love our walls! Everything was patched, smoothed and finished with 2 coats of high quality Benjamin Moore paint. All doors and trims were meticulously restored! Our floors look amazing and will last a long time! We are very satisfied with the work and will definitely use this company again for future renovation projects!

We were looking for a good general contractor and were lucky to find Artem (he was recommended by our designer). The work scope included new dry wall, new door, flooring, painting. Artem provided good price, came on time and completed the work as promised, above and beyond expected (he found and bought a door and handles matching exactly other doors in the house, purchased and delivered all the materials and removed the garbage, and only considered the work done when he was very happy about how it looks by himself - with perfection! and also provided great practical advices). We are planning to work with him on few more projects in the house as he does practically everything! To sum up - very professional, goes above and beyond expected, highly recommended!

Tom recently completed a job for us and we could not be happier with the work he did. He was extremely professional and went out of his way to save us a bit of money when he could. All of the work including drywalling, pot light installation and flooring were done on time and with great care and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom to all my family and friends.

We purchased an older house that needed lots of cosmetic work. Specifically, the bedroom had an old closet that was being unused, and walls in very rough shape. In two days, Tom completely transformed the room, with new framing and drywall to maximize the space that wasn’t being used, and redo all the old plaster walls. He also replaced an old wall on the main floor that was in bad shape. We are first-time homeowners who don’t really know what we are doing, and trusted Tom’s advice. I would highly recommend Tom – we couldn’t be happier with his work.

Tom is great. His work is meticulous as if he is working on his own home. I was very impressed. . He was always on time and would stay if he needed to finish something - not just pack up at 5. It was great to be able to run ideas by him and he would give me an honest opinion which was very helpful. I also like that I could trust what he said and know he wouldn’t suggest something just to make more money. Even from the moment he started I never thought twice about leaving him at the house by himself. Poor guy never even complained about the 2 dogs and cat that wanted to “help” him. I’ve worked with 3 other contractors in the past and this was the best experience by far. I was just going to do my bathroom but now I’m thinking about the kitchen as well.
