wonderful experience, they knew the product and efficiently repaired it. If you have high end appliances dont waste your time with other companies as i have in the past.

The website was excellent and told me to get the model #, registration #, etc. I passed that info on when I booked the appointment and the service person had the part when he arrived.Max was helpful and efficient. he explained what the repair would cost and what the options were. I would definitely use the company again.

Patrick was very helpful and patient with our service job (Bosch wall oven and a cooktop). He went above and beyond and answered all of our questions.

Patrick called before hand and showed up on time. When taking apart our dishwasher he explained what the problem was and was very clear on what needed to be fixed. He quoted us a fair price and fixed it quickly. He was even great train his apprentice who was along on the job. I would recommend Patrick or this company to anyone who need appliances repaired.
