Working with Timeline Journey Renovations was an absolute breeze. Steven was very easy to work with and did exactly what we wanted. If something in our plans didn't work or make sense he would come up with a better solution. Our home has now been turned from scratch into a duplex with a 2nd unit added to the basement. All interior and exterior work was done efficiently by Steven and his team at Timeline Journey Renovations.

I had Steve and his team finish our laundry room and add a shower stall to an existing bathroom. Despite a delay getting started (the plumber fell ill and the work couldnt really get far without his part started) the project was finished on time. The people he has working with him are always polite and punctual, and Im always happy with the finished project (Steve has done a couple other projects for us before this one). I also appreciate that they always make an effort to keep this neat as they work, plus clean up well once the job is done. Im already looking forward to my next renovation from Steve and his team!

Once Steve started the job he was here every day (except weekend) until the deck was finit. He also did a couple extra 'fixes' with no additional cost. I now have a great looking, safe and sturdy deck.

Steve was referred by a neighbour and I will definitely recommend him. He is very professional and informed me of every step involved. He provided great samples and executed a perfect job.

We are very happy with the final results. The team work well and they were professional. We were especially thrilled with the work done with the flooring and tiling! Any concerns we had were addressed/corrected prior to the final payment being submitted. We are actually getting ready to start another job with Steve and his team as we prepare for a basement reno!

The last project was trash removal. However, this was the only the last of many of the services for us by this company.. I find that Steve and his workers to be diligent and very competent in their work which included door and window installation and other significant projects.. The workmanship was excellent and first rate. Each and every concern was dealt with fairly and equitable.
