I recently used Global Windows and Doors to replace 8 windows in my home. As a first time home buyer, this was a major renovation project for me, to take on. However, the sales man (Alex), made me feel very comfortable, with all the time he spent explaining the products, and my options, so that I am able to make the right choice financially. I am very pleased with the service, as the workers were very professional and efficient. They cleaned up after each window replacement, and explained how to open the windows for cleaning purposes. Overall, they did great job.

I had another company in for a new front door and asked them to quote windows as well. The door was unique to them and exactly fit our needs however the window quote was exorbitant. I searched HomeStars and found Global Window & Doors - the rating and reviews convinced me to call. They were on site quickly and gave me a quote that was exactly in line with my expectations - more than 60% lower than the other guy. The salesman even kept us from overspending on sliders that apparently still have some life to them. When the crew arrived I had a concern that the job wouldn't be done in one day - was I wrong. They were very efficient and the job was complete by day's end, including frames, with a clean job site when they left. Many tradesmen on site since have complimented the windows and the workmanship, including some in the same sector. I'll definitely call them when it's time to replace those sliders.

Our daughter recommended Global windows after having their windows replaced and we''re glad they did! We had them replace 3 doors for us and they did a spectacular job! Alex was great! We needed a new front door and side door. Global had the best price for a quality product and Alex was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I needed new windows for our entire home as ours were over 25 years old and had no gas seal. Alex is very professional and provides a good price for a quality product and an excellent installation. The guys arrived around 11am (as they had to pick up the product across town) and I did not think they would be able to complete the whole job that day. I was wrong. They went all afternoon (without a break, I'm pretty sure) and were done and cleaned up by about 6 or so. They did not rush through this job, I assure you, and they flashed and sealed everything quite nice.
I would definitely recommend Global to friends and family.

I am very happy with front door! I received great advice from Alex regarding the door selection & colour of door. The colour "commercial brown" is rich & quite striking. Although the door has glass with iron insert, no one can see into the house which I was concerned about. The men who installed the door were very considerate, professional, and they cleaned up well.

Problem with one of the panel of my casement window. Glass was not clear. Initially had a few misunderstanding while trying to determine the actual cause and to get the problem fixed. Took a month for ordering the parts, and the problem window was replaced in a jiffy. Now it looks as good as NEW.

Alex from Global Windows & Doors promised us that we would be satisfied with his company's work once it is all complete and he was absolutely right. Initially we agreed on retrofit installation for all the windows in our home, which totalled more than 24, and a contract was made. A few days later, we changed our mind and asked if we could have brick-to-brick installation instead. Alex was willing to come to our house again to make an entirely new contract to satisfy our wants and needs. Also, we have california shutters on every single window in the house and trying to ensure the shutters will still fit on new windows and frames is certainly a challenge. Alex provided a gentleman's agreement that his workers will be able to measure accurately enough to overcome this tall task. There is only one word to describe how the shutters fit now: perfectly. The results are truly impressive. In addition, the windows are of very high quality, the installers are professional and the company has a high attention to detail. In summary, I would certainly recommend Alex and Global Windows & Doors to my closest family and friends.

I had a few different prices from other companies and they could not compare with the price I paid beautiful glass doors just what I wanted I could not be more pleased the workman ship is the best and alex and the fellows that work for him are real hard workers very polite and clean up after them what more could you ask for
