Ber-cool designed and installed a complete HVAC system for a new build. The installation seemed ok but it turned out to be a disasterous design. The response from the top at Ber-Cool was to blame the house design and do whatever they could to sign us up for a very expensive maintenance contract. They could never figure out how to get the system working. Fortunately I found another firm that fixed all the non-design problems right away and has proactively maintained the system ever since for a fraction of what Ber-cool wanted. Unfortunately some of the fundamental design problems they caused can never be repaired.

My furnace broke down a day before Christmas and Rob from ber-cool was highly recommended to help out..! Rob and his team were very professional. Our Christmas turned out fantastic considering what we're facing.

Ber-Cool supplied and install my central airconditioner. During the past 10 years they have continued to service my heating and cooling system on a regular basis. In case of an emergency, they are very quick to respond to service calls. Their repairs are always done on a very timely basis. The cost of repairs have always been accurate. The repair personally always make recommendations but never upsell and makes it easy to deal with them.
