We had a leaky roof deck that finally got repaired! Arthur came in the winter (when melted snow leaked and destroyed a laptop) and patched it up. Arthur patiently explained what needs to be done (in warmer temperature), provided a detailed quote and did not pressure us in anyway. When it came time to schedule and perform the work, the whole team was helpful, prompt, hardworking and professional. We have no qualms about recommending Arthur and the team and are glad to have found this good, trustworthy & reliable company for our future roofing needs (but hopefully not too many needs)!
