Sam and his team are wonderful to work with. In uncertain times of supply chain shortages, pandemic, etc Renowow somehow managed to complete their project ahead of schedule and within the original budget.

That’s impressive in itself, but the craftsmanship of their work is something else. Everything was installed with utmost precision and professionalism.

We recently completed our first bathroom remodel with Renowow - and we are just thrilled with the final result. If you are looking for professionalism, high quality workmanship, expertise and experience - Renowow is your bathroom renovation company. Sam and Paul literally transformed my bathroom from an outdated, drab ‘90s style room to a contemporary, serene spa-like environment that just sparkles. There were several custom touches that we desired and Sam went to great lengths to accommodate our wishes. He also took the initiative to make improvements I hadn’t even known to ask for such as making an awkward bulkhead more uniform without charging us extra because he wanted to ensure “it was done right.” I also trusted Sam implicitly. He guided us through each step of the process. When we encountered something unexpected such as a pipe that protruded above the floor level that had been hidden by the old vanity cabinet, he explained what was wrong, what was needed and the cost (which always seemed reasonable given the additional time, parts etc). When choices had to be made, Sam explained the pros and cons of the various directions. He was upfront about the various costs and so it was easy to decide how best to spend our money. He is a ‘straight shooter’ who will tell you his opinion (based on decades of experience in the industry) but is also willing to ‘flex’ with you around your vision for the space. As we got down to the fine details, I had more direct interaction with Paul who was wonderful in terms of engaging me around key decisions and in terms of his meticulous attention to detail. It was clear he truly cared about ensuring he was executing our vision. At the same time he was happy to share his opinion and perspective on the various choices we had to make. I should also add that the Renowow team were very respectful around COVID matters, and worked with us to execute the job as safely as possible (e.g., much consultation was done via texting of images and video and phone conferencing). They were also tidy and respectful of our needs around coming and going so that we didn’t overlap (due to COVID) and with respect to maintaining the security of the property. There were a few other items that we contracted Renowow for while they were on the premises (pot lights and stucco removal) - which we were also very pleased with. The whole process from start to finish was positive and unfolded as smoothly as possible thanks to Renowow’s professionalism and care. Their years of experience and solid teamwork shows in both the execution and the final result. We could not be more grateful to Sam, Paul and the Renowow team.

My 100 year old house was divided into two separate rental units. I wanted to convert it back into a single family home. This required a demolition of the second kitchen and a bathroom update. The bathroom was small, so i also wanted to maximize the space. This was my first ever renovation.
Sam was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process with him. I was impressed that he captured all the things we talked about in the agreement and suggested smaller details on the project that i didnt even think of.
He was responsive and accommodating when something unexpected came up from my end. Good communicator. And our project was finished on budget and ahead of schedule.
I think him and his team did a great job. The final product looks modern and updated. I recommend Sam.

Renowow installed a beautiful 7ft quartz waterfall kitchen island in our condo. Sam, the owner of Renowow was very professional and understood exactly what we wanted and he was able to get the job done in a short amount of time so we were very impressed! It was a pleasure working with Sam, Paul and JJ on the complete reno of our bathroom. There are major inherent challenges in a tiny condo reno with limited space for materials, debris, tools, etc. and the team found practical solutions to make it work. My ensuite bathroom started off as a cramped shower and an uncomfortable corner bathtub with a vanity and toilet. Sam and Paul turned it into my own personal luxury spa and were so wonderful to work with from start to finish. I would happily recommend renoWOW! to anyone.
