Sam was professional and communicative from start to finish - a big contrast from many of the other companies who made little or no follow ups or who were slow to respond. Sam made it clear it depended a lot on what our budget was which is fair because you get what you pay for. Among the reasons of what impressed us the most was the quick and consistent responsiveness, keeping their word on the costs as well as sticking to the timeline. And the ability to adapt or adjust quickly according to any concerns or requests we had along the way.
