Arrived promptly, explained clearly what was wrong (using lay language), and took care of the problem, and haven't had a problem since. He even gave advice on things I could do myself (replacing piping underneath the sink) that would be much cheaper than having him do it. I appreciated that (knew he wasn't trying to gouge me).

In terms of the job being complete, the desired result was achieved, so I would give a thumbs up in this department. The service aspect was not as great, there seemed to be some attitude given from the service provider, as if our job was an inconvenience for him. So job did get complete, the customer service side could use some work.
