I contacted Home Stars on Sunday, and by Tuesday lunchtime the work was done. I had no basement lights due to a fused circuit which Scott found and resolved very quickly. He explained exactly what he had done, and then installed my dimmer switch. Very pleased with the quick service and great work, Scott was on time and responsive. I would definitely hire him again.

Scottie presented in a professional, knowlegeable and skilled manner. He responded promptly to my phone call and was able to solve the problem in a timely manner.

We had Scott (Gord) come out to fix a problematic GFI outlet in our home. His price was lower than a large local provider and he was able to do it same day! He is obviously highly experienced and was a true gentleman in our home. Will have more work done by him.

All our outdoor electrical outlets were malfunctioning and Scotty the electrician was very professional and quickly repaired them, coming fully prepared with any parts we may have needed, including a required cover to make it safe when wet. We were very appreciative as he clearly explained what he was doing and why.

Scotty from gord's electric was contracted to install a level 2 charger for my plugin hybrid car. His work was excellent from start to finish. I would highly reccomend his service to everyone.

We have used gord's electric for several jobs over the past couple of years; the most recent being a repair and installation of outdoor receptacles. We have never had any issues with Scott or Gord' Electric and all the work was completed properly every time. We would not hesitate to call Gord's Electric again!

Scotty was extremely knowledgeable and explained how everything worked and what needed to be done. There were several receptacles that weren’t grounded and he fixed them. He also tested all the wiring in the panel as well as the fuses, many of which were higher amps than they needed to be. He replaced those also. We had thought we may need to upgrade the entire panel, which would have cost us a lot more money, but he explained that this wasn’t needed, and we were very appreciative of his honesty as we had no knowledge of what electrical work would be needed. We were very pleased with Scotty’s work and his professionalism and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gord’s Electric to family and friends.

Gord's Electric work efficiently and accurately to complete the execution of the work. The areas worked upon were left tidy and of no hindrance to daily life at the home. Friendly and helpful for the duration of the project.
