After installing a new dishwasher and using it a few times there was a leak- water running silently for a day to downstairs!
Jim then the owner, came out on Boxing Day and fixed it by very carefully tweaking the old pipe so that nothing broke( which would have resulted in major, major repairs.
The willingness to come out during the holidays, to be careful and considerate of older materials, and to really know his trade. So appreciated.
