Anna and Team at Angel Movers were fantastic. From the onset, Anna was a pleasure to work with to arrange our move. She was thorough in explaining what was expected of us (as movers) and outlined how the process would look like from start to finish. Anna followed up as we got closer to the date and on the actual move day, the guys were on time to get started. Even during these times of COVID, the team was respectful and did their absolute best to get all of our stuff from one house to the next as safely as possible.

I've moved a few times in my life and I must say, this was the smoothest and stress free process for my family and I to start our journey in our new home.

Angels indeed1 Starting with Anna over the phone for her patience, humour and experience. We were worried about the moving day since everything else had been a nightmare leading up to the big move. What we experienced was the total opposite from Angel Movers.

Angel Movers were the only company out of many that gave us realistic timelines, cost, and expectations. The coordinator, Anna, was unbelievably helpful and told us what our rights were as well as what we should do to make the move as efficient and productive as possible. The movers arrived on the day of EARLY! Have you ever heard of that? They worked at a breathtaking speed from the minute they arrived until they left. We were quoted 12 hours (we have a TON of stuff) and with all the prep Anna recommended and their efficiency, it took half the time. They even took time to help us put some of our furniture together and were so kind and happy. Moving can be a nightmare but with this company, it was a dream!

We hired Angel Movers for a simple move for a small condo between Toronto neighbourhoods. We were very happy with the service we received. The two movers were wonderful and efficient; they were able to wrap and pack our furniture with no damage. The customer service is exceptional! Anna called to check up on the move when we countered an issue with our former condo scheduling a garbage pick up at the same time we pre-booked the loading bay and followed up a few days after to see how the move went. I would highly recommend this company and would hire for future moves!
