Best Top Roofing

This the worst roofing i have ever seen in my life and my insurance will not cover the roof .Because is was done so horribly . I had roof leaks during the winter when it rained .This company can say what ever they want .

Best Top Roofing fixed my roof after a wind storm ripped off a large section of shingles. They gave me a very competitive quote and had everything fixed by the end of the day! Everyone I spoke to on the phone and dealt with in person were professional and kind.

We have dealt with Best Top Roofing for over 5 years. We have rental properties and Best Top has re shingled at least 6 of them, house or garage, or house and garage.
Ian is very knowlegible and great to work with, and the work has been well done by his crew.

I would recommend this roofing company very highly!! Ian and his crew were very respectful, and courteous. Ian always called back when I had a question or concern, went beyond for my service(he always stayed in touch with me because of the rainy weather) and did a great job on my roof!! His prices are excellent and quite fair. These folks (Mike and his crew) are friendly, professional, very competent, fast and do a high quality job.
And Best Top were $1000 less than a large competitor, same shingles. I would recommend them to any homeowner.

Ian responded promptly to my request for estimate to re shingle our roof. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and his communication was great. His crew was also very friendly and professional. They did a great job on our roof and gave us a competitive price. When the crew spotted problems they let us know and took the time to fix the issues properly. Highly recommended.

I only needed my porch roof done but didn't tell any of the contractors i spoke with that. Best top was the only one who told me I didn't need my main roof done. They replaced my porch roof and added an extra vent, something that was missing. I have recommended them to 2 of my neighbors and both were satisfied with the work.

The latest storm with high winds lifted some of my roof shingles. I called Best Top Roofing and my problem was fixed the very next day. Ian went onto the roof, took a picture and explained what the problem was and using the photo, it was very easy for me to see and understand. I was very relieved to hear that it could be fixed for a reasonable cost and that I did not need to have the whole roof reshingled. I appreciated that Ian was here within the timeframe he originally provided and that he was very pleasant and knowledgeable
