We had our home with our 11month old Daughter full of Black Mold, Neal was the gentleman I dealt with and he educated me on the safety and steps to deal with this problem he was very kind, caring, professional and trusting, the company came is and was very respectful of my belongings and of my home, This was not something I thought I would ever run into but Neal assured me that this things happen all the time and the first step is finding a solution and that set my mind at ease, it was like he was a very close friend or family member.
