I highly recommend Elemental Restoration and John Bonifacio for mold testing, cleaning and removal. I hired John when I discovered black mold in my basement, resulting from a crack in the foundation. He quickly assessed the problem, tested the area and air quality and provided me with a plan for action. John took the time to explain the different molds as well as health issues surrounding contamination. He is extremely organized and reliable and used appropriate containment and removal procedures. John’s work passed third party testing and inspection with flying colors and the repair was of excellent quality, on time, and within the estimate provided.
