Rx Home Inspections

Brent from RX Home Inspections did an inspection on a home prior to my purchase. The inspection took two hours, and I received a 35 page written report, with photos, within 24 hours. He was very thorough, even going up on the roof, and into the attic. We found out about every little thing that was wrong with the house, and got an estimate of how much it would cost to repair. My father, who used to be a home builder, came along for the inspection, and he was very impressed by Brent's knowledge of all the systems, such as plumbing, heating, electrical, and structural.
