Absolutely Floored: Flooring And Home Imporvement Centre

We really appreciated that we could look around the showroom without any pressure whatsoever. But when we wanted information or advice it was given freely, without a sales pitch. When we settled on a product we placed our order, but a manufacturer's delay set our schedule back. There were problems with the product and Absolutely Floored negotiated the replacement and even brought out the manufacturer's rep to see what the problem was. Even though the product problems were frustrating, the dealer did everything necessary to resolve the issues. In the end, we are happy with our new floor.

I am thrilled with my carpet. They respected my budget and showed me a great option well within my price range. The service was excellent and I am really happy with the end result.

I needed my hardwood floors redone and wanted to also install carpets in a few of the bedrooms of my home. My girlfriend recommended Absolutely Floored to me so I went to their showroom and actually had a fun time picking out what styles to use. Very very helpful staff that are not pushy at all. They just educated me on various types of hardwood and carpet which made the decision really easy on which styles to go with. After picking them out, the installers came to my home and were very courteous and professional. My place looks amazing now! Thank you!

I recently had my living room floors replaced with hardwood, after carpet for years. Absolutely Floored was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm so glad I took his advice! Their customer service was fantastic, very quick, kind, and knowledgeable, and the installation was easy and was impressed with how fast and clean they were. I am so happy with the result :)

This company supplied and installed linoleum flooring, shower tile and carpeting. Although the company supplied what we wanted, the installation didn't go very smoothly. It appeared that the sub-contractors they used were incompetent. The lino floor buckled in one area and had to be fixed, the shower tile was done incorrectly in one area and had to be re-done. The carpet on our curved stairway was installed improperly and had to be re-done, and the carpet on the walkway buckled after less than one year and had to be re-stretched. Although the company was very quick to get these things corrected, their installers left something to be desired.

This company installed flooring in my living room area, I'm very happy with how it looks and got a great price, one of the transitions they installed came a little bit loose but they sent the guy back out the next day and fixed it right up so I'll give them the top rating.
