We purchased a hot tub from arctic spas now called Jacuzzi spas.
They were very knowledgable and very service friendly.
This is the Vaughan store where we purchased the the hot tub. On delivery day they were great very professional in all aspects of the delivery.
But after the we received the hot tub i went bak to them to tell them some concerns about the hot tub which i did not understand. They were very ignorant about my concerns. I had a lot of problems with their customer service. If i had another opportunity i would still buy the same hot tub just not from that store in Vaughan.
