This customer requested a back patio, once the project was completed she changed her mind and decided she wanted a retaining wall surrounding the patio, the manager went for the second visit to explain the extra cost, but her husband did not agree and did not want to pay the extra cost and told the manager he was very happy with the patio and it did not need the retaining wall. This customer was very upset that we would not give her a retaining wall for free, unfortunately our labour and material costs are high. This project was completed by three very skilled and experienced tradesmen with a combined experience of 16 years.
