Excellent work, on time and great price. Even replaced broken floor tiles. These guys are professionals and take pride in their work and no mess left. Highly recommend them. Even left a jug of their quality tile cleaner. All looked brand spanking new. Kudos to the whole team.

Carvel and coworker removed existing caulking, fixed multiple areas of missing grout, and reapplied caulking for 2 tub/showers and 1 shower enclosure. I was very impressed with the company:
- Carvel insisted on coming to examine the tubs/showers in person rather than just give me a quote by email for the job I thought I needed. Because he looked at it, he was able to determine that a different (and less costly!) approach was required.
- They showed up exactly when they said they would be at my home.
- The work was completed efficiently and with no mess left behind
- The quality of the work appears to be top notch

Overall, I was very pleased with the work that was completed and would definitely not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Our grout was dirty and uneven. They came in, removed all the old grout, cleaned the tiles and regrouted in a matter of hours. Very professional and great to deal with. 100% happy with the work.

We called Grout Masters to clean our shower stall. They were very professional, did a great job and came back, just to answer a question about replacing part of the shower head fixture.

About 1 year ago Grout Masters cleaned all the grout lines between our floor tiles in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms as well as the tiles themselves. The new kitchen tile grout lines were very dirty and were sealed for the first time and the bathroom tiles were resealed. The job has held up very well so far and we are very pleased.

I don't write reviews very often but I was absolutely blown away by the work that Grout Masters did for us in our showers and on the kitchen floor. Our basement shower looked pretty bad we bought our home and since then it's gotten worse. I didn't have high expectations, I really just wanted to clean it up a bit since we didn't use it much before. Boy was I surprised when I went downstairs and saw what looked like a brand new shower! Our bedroom shower and kitchen floor, same thing. Looks like we just had the tiles put in. The whole process was easy from start to finish. They went above and beyond by cleaning the soap residue on our shower door. They left the place SO clean. I really can't say enough. Thank you so much!

Second time I have used this company and again they exceeded expectations. A team of three took care of all work within 2+ hours. The refresh was prior to sale which happened three days after they left and I believe the bathroom revitalization contributed to the quick sale. Even our Real Estate agent was impressed with the transformation. These guys work hard, laid tarps to protect the house before they started and clean up was impeccable. Really appreciative of the quality of the work.
