My pansonic rooftop solar system stopped working - and panasonic was unresponsive - Grasshopper came to my rescue, quickly diagnosed the problem and the faulty part is due to be installed shortly. It's all good!

Panels are uneven the guards that they put around the panels are put on with two sides tape and are coming off I had to put plastic tie straps one some to keep them from falling to the ground

No issues while being installed, work done promptly and clean. Work done fairly discretely. Not bothered by workers.

Downspout was severed some time ago (months) and has not been repaired. Electrical work in panel not complete.
