Brutal, turn key my butt! The OPA approval expired. Routinely didn't show up for appointments. Didn't clean up after themselves when they did the installation. The actual project reps, of whom I had 5(one was an unpaid intern), ever actually came to the job site. 2 years later they finally finished, almost had to sue them.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Well since all the project reps I dealt with quit, again there were 5 over more than 2 years, I would say they are a sinking ship.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Hire someone else!
