United Roofing did an excellent job. Salesman, Ron Mastin, provided great advice for updating the look of our house. Nice coordination work so the sub-contractors came one right after the other. The job was completed in very short time. They kept the area clean. Their consultant, Daniel Lebasseur, did a good follow-up job. We would recommend their service.

United Roofing was first recommended to me by my insurance company as one of their preferred vendors to replace my roofing that was damaged by hail. I was contacted by Patrick Genest, the company owner, shortly after completing my claim with the insurance company. He was very accommodating in meeting with us at times that were convenient for us. He went through the entire claim and estimate with us and described all of the work that needed to be done and also provided options we had with respect to work that could be done as part of the insurance or handled directly by us.
I was so impressed with Patrick that I asked him about providing a quote to redo/replace our siding which has been in need of work for the last 3 or 4 years. He provided us a price for the full siding replacement along with soffit and fascia to match that was significantly lower than a price we had from another contractor who we has used for previous work. The siding crew supervisor (Daniel) and both the roofing and siding crews were extremely courteous and their workmanship was excellent. When work was completed Patrick did a full walk through with us and identified a couple of small items that he called his painter back on. The only glitch during all the work was a few stray nails that ended up on the street in front of the house that caused a flat in my neighbour's tires. However Patrick made good and paid for the repairs. I've suggested to him that a more thorough clean-up is an area for improvement.

I was very satisfied with the work done by United Roofing, and with all the people I comminicated with, particulary Daniel and Patrick. The job was started a week later than originally promised, and dragged on a couple of days longer than anticipated, but this was due to weather and the company's hectic work load.

Very positive experience. The communication as to progrees and timelines was excellent. On site, the work area was always left clean. Daily updates were provided by subcontractors at end of day. Workmanship of all work completed was very good. Some delays due to weather, but beyond the control of the contractor. I would gladly recommend United Roofing to friends and family.

United replaced my cedar shakes with Malarky shingles. The crew work effectively and did a thorough installation. The shingles are straight. The fixed all the minor things, and added drip edges. Overall a really good job. Thanks Patrick and Daniel.

Patrick and crew replaced our 45 year old tar and gravel roof with new plywood and the Soprafix product. They did a fantastic job - three days on site, split between June rains and 2013 floods. The salesman (Ron) was very considerate and easy to work with; the job was done soon afterwards, and was completed within a day. The work crew was courteous and did a great job cleaning up.
