Alma Windows And Doors

Was recommended and read the reviews so went ahead. I installed a new front door and 7 windows. Very happy with the door which I think is their area of expertise.
Do not use them for windows. Called and emailed several times. Although they came out once and made promises, I have yet to hear back from them. No customer service. The new windows are moody after 1 year - vinyl windows. Very unhappy. Beware

Be careful with these guys. They have nice products, but when it comes to warranty replacement or getting something fixed, good luck getting in touch with them. You can call them all you want, leave as many messages as you want, but nobody will ever call you back.
I managed to personally contact Yuri since I had his email on hand and he said he would get back to me. Never did.
You may get an amazing deal with these guys, but just remember, if any problems happen, you will end up fixing it yourself or getting someone else to do it.

We had our front entry door replaced this summer and were very happy with the service from Leo and from the installers. Leo helped us choose our door and kept in touch with us to let us know when it would be delivered. Installers came on time and did a great job. We have recommended them to friends already and would not hesitate to recommend them to others as well.
We love our front door!

I had windows installed by this company. the installers put nails through the window frames with the sharp part of the nail exposed which is dangerous with 2 small kids in the home. I reached out to get it repaired, its been 3 weeks and no one has contacted me.
I have sent follow up emails and had to call to get them to respond.
The owner Leon showed up half way through the job to collect payment. It left nothing to hold back for POOR WORKMANSHIP.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Use any other window company. Alma is not to be trusted. They will take your money promise a solid warranty and when you have issues, and you will, getting in touch with them is impossible. Again, DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. Especially Dmitri

by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, I have ordered a door over 4 months now and was told it would take 6to 8 weeks, I haven't heard from them, I have called 100 time with no answers or reply to my messages!

The Alma Windows & Doors experience was awesome from start to finish. The showroom displayed a variety of models to choose from, right at that point we fell in love with our new entry and patio doors. The level of service we received was exceptional. From the initial phone call with Katrina, through the design process with Leo, to the installation process, we I have dealt with knowledgeable and helpful people. Leon and Dmitri, the installers did an excellent job in a timely and clean manner. As a result, my custom made doors look better than I ever imagined, very smart indeed and the quality is excellent. These guys can certainly handle any request and they know their trade well. We will definitely be contacting Alma Windows & Doors again for windows replacement in the near future.

We highly recommend Alma. Right from the time we met Yuri, his professional approach and friendly personality guided us to make the right decision for the choice of our entrance door. At no time did we feel any pressure to buy. We are so happy with of choice of the door. Also would like to compliment Dimitri and Leon who worked so hard installing our door. When they finished installing the door it was obvious of their expertise and talent. Excellent job.
