Erik and his team were given a very tight timeline for our full home renovation. They not only met our substantial completion deadline but did it on budget. They have strong relationships with their sub trades and all did excellent work. A strong project manager coupled with a solid financial understanding of costs made for a great experience. We certainly love dealing with Sprucehill Contracting. This company is young and enthusiastic. Our experience has been nothing but positive. Trades show up when they are scheduled; work is done in an efficient and friendly manner. Designs are carried out as provided. Trades do not take artistic licence but are respectful of designs provided to them. When problems occurred (as they always do during renovations) we were always involved in finding resolution. Everyone was always respectful, careful and friendly. One major thing we love: they clean up their site every day at the end of the working day, starting we a fresh site the following day. What a difference that makes. Will recommend this company to anyone!
