My husband called Appliance Repair Team without checking 'on-line reviews' - "Sammy" the technician came to our house and indicated that he needed to do some diagnostics - the charge was originally $80 but he required $300 for diagnostics indicating that he could fix the fridge if he evaluated the cooling system, the main board - the fridge is not fixed - he claimed to put a part in that he did not put in - and he smashed glass all over our kitchen impacting a newly painted wall, leaving broken glass and damaging the floor
DO NOT... Do NOT phone this company - they are 'known' to operate this way - I phoned their office and the customer service person who claimed to be "management" indicated - there is no way to fix your fridge of course it needed a compressor which is more expensive than buying a new fridge - I said this is unacceptable - there are endless reviews saying everyone has had the same experience - her response was 'and yet we are still in business' - this is the worst company - do not call them.
