Carlo had done excellent work for us several years ago and nothing has changed as far as his work ethic, integrity and honesty goes. He warned us at that time that our front drain pipe had been originally installed at a poor grade and would probably be prone to sediment build up. Indeed the drain became sluggish after some years. I contacted Carlo and he was here the next day to scope out the drain and offer some ideas. He returned as promised the following week to finish up and had another, less expensive option for us to go forward with. Highly recommend Westside Drainage.

A pleasure to work with Carlo. He is very honest and knows his stuff. He came prepared having reviewed where my sumps are prior to arriving. He is methodical and carefully thinks through his plan of attack. He talked me through what he would need to do to fix my overflowing down spout issue. He gave me a reasonable quote and if it is less work than he thinks, he'll adjust the price. Very conscientious about safety and returning the site/garden to its original look. I would recommend him to all my family and friends.

Had a bit of water in our basement after the first atmospheric river in October 2021. Called Carlo based on reviews I found here. He came over with his pipe inspection cameras and gave me an honest opinion of what to do to get things running again...not the full replacement, but if we do X, Y, Z, you won't have any worries. OK, sounds great, he got to work and the job was finished in a couple of days. Well, the job was tested pretty promptly when the 2nd and 3rd (bigger) atmospheric rivers hit: no water in the basement. One of the most pleasant experiences I ever had with a contractor, saved me a lot of money on a full drain tile job, and saved me from a major basement flood. Oh...and he also had piece of plumbing customized for us, and he showed up a few weeks later to install it. 18 out of 10.

Like so many I was a victim of the enormous amount of rain that fell during October and November that caused water to flood my basement. Wanting to know if this could have been preventable, a family friend referred me to Carlo of Westside Drainage. I called Carlo and he asked me some questions and advised me on some temporary measures I could promptly put into effect as we scheduled an appointment. Upon his visit, Carlo did a thorough job of scoping the drainage areas while explaining to me how the drainage around the perimeter of my house. Carlo found a section that had debris in it and advised a flushing of the system. He gave me a number to call and the job was done three days later. I was very satisfied with the service Carlo provided and he told me i could call him anytime should any future questions arise.

During the recent atmospheric river events, I experienced water in my crawl space.

Had a basement flood 2 yrs ago, and not happy with the company that did repair using PVC replacement pipes for original clay tiles on one side of house to front yard sump. Carlo did a video inspection of whole drainage system, and flushed everything to the sump. He came promptly, explained in detail each step of the procedure, with exceptional knowledge. Good news is that my old remaining clay tiles worked very well, and did not need replacement. Added bonus was he cleared a very slow backed up main inside basement drain, and pointed out some other potential problems that needed to be fixed by a plumber.

We met Carlo after a flood in our garage that we'd called a big name company out to resolve and they gave us a huge quote for a full redo of our drain tile ($35K!). Carlo gave us a much more reasonable second opinion and for a fraction of the cost he solved our problem. He's been back since to help us with maintenance and keep things running as they should and now I wouldn't call anyone else! I've had this wonky drainage issue for over 20 years. After my first flood I was advised to flush my drain tiles every couple of years at ever increasing costs. Some even told me to dig out my drain tiles (over $10000 estimate) as the tiles had collapsed.
Finally I decided to get some professional advice and called Carlo. It was the best thing I did. For $500 he told me what the problem was, arranged for a qualified contractor to rectify the issue (about 2500 bucks) and now I don't have to worry every time it rains.

Carlo did a video inspection on my house’s drain tile a while back and promised a quote but he never did. I didn’t follow up until now so I called him today. He said he needs to do another video inspection in order to give me a quote. While I was trying to get his assurance that he will give me a quote after the second video inspection, he hung up the phone before I finished my question.
