Carlo and Westside Drainage provided exceptional customer service. We purchased an older home with evident drain tile issues, and a friend highly recommended Westside Drainage for the job. Carlo was honest, and knowledgeable; he approached the job with the goal of fixing the problem at a reasonable cost. We were thrilled to learn that much of our drain tile system was operating well, and that Carlo only needed to fix a few problem areas in order to make our system fully operable. Throughout the process, Carlo took time to explain the issues and his approach to fixing it; he also made an effort to keep the cost reasonable.
