On the very first visit, I was amazed by Otto's estimate -
he gave the exact distance estimate between my house and my south neighbour,
without any measurment.

So accurate was the quote of the underpinning project, the timeline and the actual cost!

Dan has done a great job to manage this project.

Of course, without Josh and the crew's hardwork, my dream would not have come true.
Now my living space has been doubled with a full basement!

My neighbour told me she was also very impressed with the crew's politeness and respect to
maintain the site cleanness!

If my next house needed underpinning work, I would definitely hire True North Underpinning again!
