Our experience with Master Drain & Water Works was terrific. We had a water line leak in the delivery pipe between city pipe and our house.Vitaliy explained us how he would replace the pipe in it's entire length, do minimal damage to the lawn ,not disrupt the foundation wall or concrete walkway, and protect our interior finishes. His crew was early,hardworking and tidy. It was a big job, done in a very prompt and neat manner. Everything works perfect now. Definitely will use again

Water pressure problem - no water

We had huge water pressure problems in our duplex. It has been fixed in spite of bad winter weather and wet soil conditions. 3/4 inch service pipes were installed inside and out (excavations) all thanks to Vitali from Master Drain and Water Works - 10 stars!!

vitaly and his crew have done 3 jobs for me and every time has been excellent. He is always very prompt, efficient, knowledgable, leaves the site clean, and his pricing is very competitive. Vitaliy was quick to answer and return my phone call and his crew is very courteous and professional. Vitaliy thoroughly diagnosed my plumbing problem before making the big dig and showed me proof that my clay pipe was breaking down with video. These guys were very patient with me answering all my questions and concerns and they did the job right. Highly recommended.
