Master Drain & Water Works

My tenant's toilet stopped flushing and after snaking it myself without any success of unplugging the drain, I called Master Drain and Water. Vitaliy and his team showed up ahead of schedule assessed the situation and provided me with a two part plan where if plan one worked I wouldn't have to pay for plan two. They started the work immediately and laid down sheets everywhere to ensure they didn't create a mess. Unfortunately plan one identified a large blockage in my front yard where a pipe had cracked and tree roots had grown in. As it was getting dark by this time, they came promptly the next morning, dug up my front yard (while it was snowing) and cut out the clogged pipe and replaced it with a new clean-out. They were knowledgeable, friendly (respectful), clean and efficient. And best of all very well priced. I would highly recommend them.

Had to replace my mother's house water pipe and remove some old galavanized pipe for new water meter installation. Vitalliy and his team arrived on time and finsihed job as described to me. I was very pleased with the work done by this company. We had our water service replaced and increased to 3/4" copper. The workmen were very neat and tidy in our basement and they did an excellent job returning the lawn to its original condition.

I had to replace the water lead pipe coming in from the city into my house. I thought that I was going to have a huge problem and a lot of work before Christmas. I got there # through a friend who was also satisfied with their work. They came in replaced the pipe in several hours. They were friendly, professional, and very clean. Woke up Monday morning to find basement laundry room sink blocked.Called Master Drain at 10 am and at 11 am Vitaliy arrived.Cleared blocked drain .Professional,prompt and courteous.

Drains needed replacement on exterior to city feed, interior replaced adding roughin and a back-flow prevention for floods. Friendly, efficient, honest, reliable, clean, hardworking, good pricing. Called Vitaly as soon as I saw the huge mess in my laundry room. He arrived promptly and using a scope and snake managed to unblock the sewage pipe. He suggested we install new pipe and backwater flow valve to prevent this happening again. Since the city has a rebate for this problem we decided to go ahead. Vitaly and his workers were polite and did an excellent job. They also cleaned up after each part of the job was finished. I'd highly recommend them.
