Vitaly was recommended by a contractor who was working with the city of Toronto. After it was deemed that the problem was on my side of the property line, I knew I must take care of it myself. I called Vitaly and he was at my house quickly and able to start right away. He dug in an extremely difficult spot (under the front two tier patio), and it didn't help that the sewer line was 8 feet below grade. My next door neighbor as a safety precaution decided to use Vitaly's services as well. The job was done quickly, professionally, and in a clean manner. I would never hesitate to use Vitaly again.

Vitaliy delivered same day service to unclog my main waste pipe connecting to the City's sewer pipes. He used a power auger to clear a path and then reviewed the pipe's condition with a camera. Two root penetrations were discovered, in addition to old trap technology outside that is causing issues. Unfortunately this means that more work is required to resolve the issues but he did a great job so far. His quote and final fee were bang-on and I would recommend his services.

Vitaliy came to the rescue when floor drain in the basement backed up for the #rd time in 6 years. It was discovered that the outdoor pipes were damaged due to large tree roots. Snaking was no longer an option and the situation needed to be resolved quickly. Vitaliy's crew worked diligently on bitter cold days to replace the 2 outdoor pipes. Work was completed on time and now I can live worry free.

Vitaliy returned my call within a few hours and arranged to come to the house within a day to provide a quote. When we decided to go ahead he scheduled a crew for the next day. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the work in the timeframe promised. The crew was curteous, professional and left the worksite neat and tidy. You would never know they had been here. We have no water supply for five days. We thought it was an internal frozen pipe which can be fixed easily. It turned out to be the exterior water pipe connected to the curb box. We contacted several plumbers with minimal response and unexperience. We contacted Vitaly and his team Valentin from Master Drain & Water Works/Strong Plumbing and immediately got a positive respond. They replaced the 1" pipe from the meter to the damaged curb box. We coordinated with the City which extremely helpful to resolve the curb box issue. They worked in extreme -20 degrees cold weather conditions in the 2.5 days process. Overall we are very pleased with the finish work. Thanks to all the hard & brave workers involved in this crucial project. We have multiple properties and will definitely consider using Vitaly and Valentin and their team again with no hesitation.

All i can say is that Master Drain & Water Works (Vitaliy Dymchuk) Plumber installed new main water pipes coming in from the city into our home on May 2013. These guys were pro's!!! Great work and very quick. They were also extremely flexible because we had asked them to work around our front stair case and they did. This work was difficult because of the stair case obstacle. However, they were successful at doing so :) I highly recommend Master Drain & Water Works!!!!

They did a very good job at our house . Re-did all of our palming and stopped the leakage. Fear price for the work they did and was really fast we were surprised!
