They did exactly what they said they would do (replacing the master water pipe coming into the house with a larger pipe) in the timeframe they said they would do it, for the price that they quoted. And they quoted much better than another highly rater plumber that wanted to do the job, but do with less work/digging a proper trench right to the water meter closet). Would highly recommend.

We had Vitaliy and Walter replace our sewage pump which had broken. It was a tricky job, as the pump was not easily accessible - it was behind drywall. They came to check out the situation the same day we called and fixed it the next day.

We were particularly pleased with the fact that Walter did his best to put the drywall back in place after replacing the sump pump.

Vitaliy was quick to respond, able to come when we were available (and on time as promised), was efficient, nice, took the time to help prevent the problem in the future and did the work exactly as promised for the agreed upon price.
