Horribly expensive store with a non-existent and ever changing return policy. The return policy is: Whatever is best for them and the worst for you.
Low quality, high price goods and a caveat emptor policy.
To make this a truely horrible experience, the manager is as obnoxious as they come!

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Have an actual return policy that is posted and does not change at the managers whim.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Stay away from Metro Home Furnishings!
