Furniture review in W VANCOUVER

Horribly expensive store with a non-existent and ever changing return policy. The return policy is: Whatever is best for them and the worst for you.
Low quality, high price goods and a caveat emptor policy.
To make this a truely horrible experience, the manager is as obnoxious as they come!

$2,500.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
Have an actual return policy that is posted and does not change at the managers whim.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Stay away from Metro Home Furnishings!
