Called for a leaky basement pipe. Plumber arrived early, which was nice. Identified the problem quickly, fixed in no time. Double checked the fix with water turned back on. All good!! I believe our plumber was Cameron, but I honestly dont remember for sure he was very friendly, explained the problem and fix.

Overhaul on old kitchen plumbing, and main drain replacement. Excellent professional service, exactly what I would expect. The work is top notch.

I had a fast and furious leak last week that one call to Caldwell, and they sent someone immediately, who had the problem under control less than 50 minutes from when it started. In the process of trying to shut the water off, every shut off valve (including the curb stop) failed! Dale came back today to finalize the work and fix all of the problems, including (in addition) multiple issues Ive had since renovating my bathroom 3 1/2 years ago. Replacing the main shut off was a challenging job, that Dale approached meticulously, professionally, calmly and with a can-do attitude, that I found very reassuring!. In fact, the work that he did corrected a water hammer that began as result of the reno a few years back, and had been a total and complete te nuisance! Now, silence! Ahhhhh!

We had a very positive experience and are satisfied with the job that Dale completed today. He arrived on time, was very courteous, did quality work, didnt dog the job, and was good at explaining how he was tackling the repairs in priority order. If we felt something wasnt repaired to our satisfaction, he made sure it worked before he left. The bill was reasonable for the number of nit picky jobs he completed. Three days after the installation there was a leak in the plumbing. It was repaired in the same efficient manner and I was very pleased with the fast and courteous manner in which it was carried out.

The technician, a young gentleman was not only very friendly, but very knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he was doing and supplied us with all the information .

We have had problems with our kitchen drain for awhile - it was getting progressively slower. I called several companies, and Caldwell had a competitive quote and could come the next day. For interest, I first invited in one of the companies who refused to provide a quote unless they came on site. Their quote was almost twice the price! Justin from Caldwell came at the time agreed-upon, assessed the situation, explained what he was doing (he was patient with my questions), and completed the job well. In short, he was professional, friendly and competent. And the price was as quoted. Caldwell will be our go-to firm for future plumbing jobs. And it was nice that they are local!

We had damage to a rain downspout inside our warehouse. We explained the problem to their office and provided pictures. They quoted the work by email and booked the first available slot. The Plumbers showed up on time with all the required equipment and PPE. They broke open the concrete floor, dug out and cut out the damaged piping, and replaced it with new. Backfilled the hole and poured new concrete. Left the jobsite as clean as they found it. The job was done professionally and expediently. It was invoiced at the quoted price.
